<p>An attacker was able to exploit a vulnerability in a smart contract used by the Resupply stablecoin lender to extract about $9.3 million from the project. After depositing around $200,000, they were able to inflate the price of another token and borrow almost $10 million.<p>Resupply announced the theft shortly afterwards, and stated that they had paused the vulnerable contract.</p><p>Resupply is a fairly new project, having officially launched on March 20 — about three months before the exploit.</p></p>

ALSO THE NEW ALNST EP…i dont want to talk about it again, but man the animation was beautiful and i totally agree with everyone saying mizi is an unreliable narrator, prolly for a different reason, but it is totally true. ALSO TILL AND LUKA ARE ALIVE. but luka wasnt able to escape…vivimeng stop making my boy suffer pls, though frankly the whole thing about him being alive gives me strong vibes that heperu cloned him, but it still sad nonetheless. also if u know if the series is truly ending rn tell me. the whole thing gives strong “this is ending vibes”, aside from the official announcements from the team (or the recent one by mizi’s va), but pretty much everyone is confused currently. so i’ll be looking for an official announcement by vivinos or qmeng or kang :3, bc if its not ending i'll stop making my drawing tribute.
i hope everyone has a nice week

Also Bruce's line about how Pamela probably wants to kill him because Harley finds him hot :D Bruce being smart by playing dumb is one of my favourite things.

A windy day

Although quite warm, it was really pretty gusty today. I didn't get out for much of a walk as I had too much to do, but I did at least manage to get a photo to keep the 365 going! Given the weather, I felt this house sign was a reasonable choice. Not very exciting, I know, but it's what you're getting. :P The forecast currently suggests another short heatwave is possible imminently, albeit more likely in the east -- there could be quite a big temperature gradient, with the west being much cooler. The east meanwhile seems certain to get up into the low 30s. The question which side of the line I in Worcestershire will fall!
Every time I look at American politics beyond the Preposterous Kumquat in the White House, I realise how little I know about it. From a British perspective Zohran Mamdani comes across like, let's say, Zarah Sultana -- and she'd be considered too left-wing to win the mayoralty even in liberal London. (The incumbent, Sadiq Khan, is generally fairly moderate.) But then New York City's Democratic majority is far higher than London's Labour lead, and the existence of Trump may be persuading lefties that they need radical politicians. Of course, what's popular in NYC won't necessarily win a Presidential election, and that (as when Corbyn was Labour leader here) may cause tensions down the line.
